Minister Ali Hassan Zardari paid a surprise visit to the Secretariat

Karachi (April 8, 2025) Provincial Minister for Prisons, Works, and Services, Mr. Ali Hassan Zardari, paid a surprise visit to the Secretariat today, inspecting the Secretary Office to assess staff attendance and cleanliness arrangements.

During his visit, the minister strictly instructed all employees to ensure punctuality, emphasizing that negligence of any kind would not be tolerated. He stated that time discipline is crucial for the effective execution of official duties.

Mr. Zardari also directed special attention toward cleanliness in the office, stating that a clean and organized work environment is not only essential for the health and well-being of employees but also plays a key role in improving the quality of work. He instructed relevant officials to enhance the efficiency of the cleaning system and maintain a professional atmosphere.
