Sindh Education Minister Orders Re-investigation of Mirpur Sakro Incident
Sindh’s Education Minister, Syed Sardar Ali Shah, has expressed dissatisfaction over the initial report on the Mirpur Sakro incident and has ordered a re-investigation.
The previous report was found incomplete and not in accordance with justice, as it did not include the statement of the teacher involved in the allegations.
Following the minister’s directive, a committee comprising two female officers has been formed at the provincial level. The new committee includes Chief Executive Curriculum Advisor Dr. Fauzia Khan and Deputy Director Azma Kumboh.
The committee has been instructed to review all aspects of the case in line with standards of justice and to submit its report within three days.

The provincial education department has issued a notification announcing the formation of this committee as per the Education Minister’s instructions.
